Delivery Policy

We make every effort to ensure that all items shown on our website are in stock. However, because we often do not stock many of each item, we can offer no guarantee of availability. Goods are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days, stone items within 3 to 4 weeks. If we are unable to despatch your order within 48 hours, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order or provide you with a possible alternative.Garden Planters makes every effort to use recycled packaging where possible, so if your package comes in a box labelled with an unfamiliar product, don't be alarmed, it's just part of our 'green' policy.

Postage

Postage to UK mainland is free. However, for stone and larger items being dispatched to Scotland, Northern Ireland and Eire there is an additional delivery charge of a minimum of £48.00 as we have to use a courier service. 

Delivery to outside the UK and Ireland is only by special arrangement. You can order on the website but please note we will notify you by email of the additional cost; you may cancel the order if the delivery cost is unacceptable and your order will be refunded in full.

Cancellation and Returns

We do hope you love your ordered items and we make every effort to ensure our photographs and descriptions provide a true representation of our goods. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. If for any reason they are not what you expect you may return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods within 14 days of purchase. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable. We only refund return postage if the item is faulty.

To make it easy for you, we just ask that you securely repackage the item(s), insert your full name and address then post it back to us. As soon as we receive it we will notify you by email and refund your card immediately.

Confidentiality

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
